400m and 1:47mins complete! The feeling of being short of breath was starting to surface today. It’s a good feeling. It’s a sign that your making your body improve and get better. To push your body to new limits.
The feeling you get from completing a run (no matter the distance) is different from that of any other exercise. Running gives you a that feeling of achievement when you complete the distance or time you want, although it was only 400m, I’m one day closer to my goal!
